gSource trephines and plug cutters are manufactured from high quality German surgical stainless steel and used during orthopedic surgery. Trephines are used for bone biopsy and can also be used to help remove broken bone screws and buried K-wire. Plug cutters are useful for removing a tiny cylinder of bone around tip of wire. The obturator helps to prevent potential blockage by residual tissue.
