Extractor Instruments
<p>gSource extractors are manufactured from high quality German surgical stainless steel and are used for removal of rigid screws. The rigid screw extractor is used for removal of screws and has a threaded titanium nitride (TiN) coated working end and a quick coupling connector end. The femoral extractor is useful for removing fractured femoral heads during surgery or during total hip arthroplasty. The femoral head extractor can also be useful for removing an intramedullary nail after fracture fixation if it becomes stuck and is unable to be removed by means of other surgical methods. The working end of the femoral extractor is threaded and has a t-handle for easy turning and tapping.</p>
